Not at all. Living Light is a metabolic health program not a diet. We don’t give you a meal plan to follow blindly. We help you understand what’s happening in your body and give you the tools to make changes that actually last.

Most women spend 2–3 hours per week on the program content. Group sessions are optional but highly recommended. You go at your own pace, and we meet you where your schedule allows.
